It would appear that not everybody’s Picasa upgrade is the same. Zmarties notes that in his upgrade certain experimental features are no longer present, whereas on my upgrade the features are still there and work.

On version 2.6.0 (Build 35.97,0) as seen on the “Help”, “About” screen
