One Click Effects in Picasa
There are several Effects that are “One-Click” effects in Picasa.
On the effects Tab of the photo detail view, the one-click effects have a small “1″ indicator in the lower right corner of each respective effect window.
Note the little blue “1″ icons. Those are the one click effects.
They are:
- Sharpen
- Sepia
- B&W
- Warmify
- Film Grain
On these effects there are no configuration options. Just click and go.
If you don’t have Picasa, the photo sharing and editing software from Google. You should.

The problem with these batch edits is that you can change say 2000 pictures into black and white in a few clicks, but you cannot reverse it unless you go through each and every photo and “undo black & white”. I continually have this problem where I create 2 albums for clients (one in colour and one in black & white). Later when I go to upload the colour album it is invariably all Black & White!!! I wish there was a batch edit option to “undo all”
